Return Policy

You can return a product within 14 days of delivery at your own expense. Products must be returned in their original Kuidaore box. Both the product and the Kuidaore box cannot be returned in a damaged state.

Request your return by e-mail to info@kuidaoreknives.com. We will subsequently provide you with return instructions.

Liability

Return shipments are at your own risk. Kuidaore is not liable for lost or damaged returns and products. Please make sure you safely package the product. Make sure to include any accessories and associated items with the return.

Settlement

After Kuidaore has determined the product has been returned according to the abovementioned conditions, you will receive your purchase amount back within 10 days. We always refund via the payment method selected for the purchase of the product. In case the original Kuidaore box is missing or damaged, Kuidaore will reimburse 75% of the purchase price.
